Enquiries and confirmation
An enquiry, indicative itinerary or displayed departure does not reserve a seat or confirm a booking. Availability, price, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation rules must be agreed in writing. A booking is confirmed only when the operator explicitly confirms it under those agreed conditions.
Prices and payments
Optional activities, permits, transfers and personal expenses are included only when your proposal says so. Pay only through payment instructions independently confirmed with the operator. Do not submit card details, passwords, OTPs or financial documents through the enquiry form. Request a receipt and retain your written confirmation.
Traveller responsibilities
Provide accurate information, carry valid documents and obtain required permits. Discuss altitude, accessibility, physical demands and suitability with the operator and seek appropriate medical advice. Do not send medical records through public forms. Follow lawful local rules and reasonable safety instructions, and respect communities and the environment.
Routes, suppliers and safety
Weather, road closures, permit decisions, altitude and supplier availability can affect a journey. Ask for written details of changes and available alternatives. Website photos and example itineraries do not guarantee current conditions, a particular room or a supplier unless specifically confirmed. Travel involves risks; these terms do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Cancellations and complaints
Read Cancellation & Refunds before paying. Raise concerns through our contact channels with your booking reference and relevant details. Resolution depends on the written agreement and applicable law; this page does not waive consumer remedies.
Website use and content
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or interfere with other users. Obtain permission before reproducing material beyond uses permitted by law. External services have their own terms. Existing confirmed bookings remain subject to their agreed terms and applicable law.
